Evening Case Manager - Youth Recovery & Independence

Itlearn360 is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Case Manager to support young adults at dWELL Recovery in Washington DC. The role includes providing case management through home visits, leading community activities, and assisting residents with self-medication. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a social science field, along with experience in Substance Use Disorders and Crisis Management.
