Operations Project Manager

To support a dynamic team, the part-time 100% remote Operations Project Manager will manage project workflows, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and ensure accountability among team members while continuously improving processes and outcomes. Key responsibilities: Review and optimize project workflows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines Manage budgets and resource costs, actively tracking expenditures to maximize quality Lead a team of coordinators and writers, holding them accountable for project outcomes and performance standards Required qualifications: Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on ownership and accountability Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana, is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to work independently and effectively manage remote teams Experience in optimizing processes and implementing training systems Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
