Description To provide Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehab, skilled nursing, and/or outpatient. Experience in geriatrics. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
