Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Role: Occupational Therapist in Home Health, responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, home environments, and adaptive equipment needs, in accordance with medical conditions and state laws. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy within legal and professional scope, following evidence-based practices, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Evaluate patients’ functional abilities, document CMS requirements, and develop treatment plans in consultation with physicians. Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to supervisors and physicians. Conduct assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests to determine functional levels. Adapt to diverse home environments and serve clients of all backgrounds. Qualifications And Skills Current Occupational Therapy license in the relevant state. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation. Preferred: CPR certification, ability to multitask, work independently, and strong communication, organizational, and writing skills. Compensation: Total annual cash pay ranges from $84,442 to $126,664, based on full-time productivity, including visit-based and hourly pay, with benefits such as incentives, 401k, and recognition programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
