Work Environment

You will be working primarily during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, with schedules shifting between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to effectively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including active and passive exercise regimens, functional activities, and education on activities of daily living.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain, improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all sessions accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with team members and medical practitioners to discuss patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding care and home exercise programs to support continued recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• At least one year of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy settings.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Proven ability to perform clinical assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and equipment.
• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Build Up Physical Therapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
