Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Neonatal Nurse PractitionerWe are seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Candidates must have completed a 12-month Neonatal fellowship or residency program. In this role, you will provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants. You will offer patient education and collaborate with medical and nursing support services. The aim is to provide high-value, family-centered care. You will exercise autonomy in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests. This will help drive patient treatment plans. You will work in facilities that have Level III NICUs and Client Fetal Medicine Consultation. Both locations have high delivery room volumes, so experience in this type of work is preferred. You will handle smaller and sicker patients as needed. You can choose to work either 12 or 24-hour shifts. Both locations offer office space for use after hours and during the day. The role includes unit-based support, attending deliveries, and performing all procedures. Daily check-ins with patients will be conducted by contracted physicians. The expected patient encounters per shift range from 10 to 22. A high delivery volume is an essential part of the practice.
