What You'll Do:

• Provide mental health evaluations and treatment for patients ages 10 and up, including elderly populations, in an inpatient psychiatric unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct assessments, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
• Engage in patient education and supportive counseling as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and safety protocols

What You Need:

• State licensure to practice independently as an FNP-BC in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in psychiatric or family medicine settings
• Strong knowledge of mental health practices and medication management
• Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
• Local candidates preferred; must be willing to drive to the facility and not require travel arrangements or hotel stays
