As a Floater, you will rotate among multiple clinic locations, interacting with diverse teams and utilizing various EMR systems to meet the operational demands of each setting. Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, encouraging flexibility and a proactive approach to patient management. With regularly scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will enjoy a structured workweek while engaging with patients from various backgrounds.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care, creating individualized treatment plans that consider each patient's specific needs.Adapt to various electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Provide coverage for Physical Therapists who are on leave or in high-demand scenarios, ensuring continuity of care and treatment.Collaborate closely with physicians, clinic directors, and multi-disciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.Engage in system-wide meetings and continuing education opportunities to remain compliant with best practices and evolving industry standards.Patient Population / Client FocusThe Floater Physical Therapist will work with a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes post-operative care, sport-related injuries, and chronic pain management.
