WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Nike Direct Horizontal Program Management serves as the connective tissue across the Nike Direct ecosystem, enabling the successful delivery of the company's most complex and strategically important marketplace initiatives. As a Director, Program Management, you will lead a team of program managers and partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Consumer, and Marketplace teams. You will operate as a trusted advisor, facilitator, and execution leader, helping teams align around priorities, navigate complexity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
• 10+ years of program management experience with progressively increasing scope, complexity, and organizational impact.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional delivery programs involving multiple business and technology organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency management, planning, and organizational alignment.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive communications, recommendations, and decisions.
• Technical experience and familiarity with product and technology delivery practices preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Director, Program Management, you will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale marketplace initiatives that span multiple functions, organizations, and leadership teams. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, connect strategy to execution, and ensure teams remain aligned on the decisions, risks, priorities, and actions required to achieve business outcomes. You will serve as an objective, enterprise-minded leader who drives accountability, facilitates critical decisions, and helps teams move faster and smarter together.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of high-performing program managers responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional marketplace initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between strategy, planning, execution, and business outcomes.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures, operating rhythms, decision forums, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and leadership reviews, ensuring decisions are made with the appropriate context, tradeoffs, and actionable next steps.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and execution challenges before they impact delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders across business and technology organizations to align priorities, resources, sequencing, and roadmap decisions.
• Create clarity where ambiguity exists by defining approaches, structuring work, developing plans, and driving progress even when a path forward is not immediately evident.
• Foster a One Team mindset that enables healthy debate, strong partnerships, transparency, and collective accountability.
• Elevate program management practices across the organization while continually improving how teams plan, communicate, govern, and deliver.
