Entry Level Sales Management

We are looking for individuals who are seeking a career and opportunity for growth in an entry-level management role. The position is focused on providing value worksite benefit programs for local businesses in St Peters, MO, and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, as well as engage in networking and community outreach to help clients improve their futures. Our company offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Service existing client base
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on client management and growth
- Lead training and leadership development initiatives
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Engage actively in community activities
