As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What's in it for you: * Site Location: Sparks, NV * Set schedule: Swing: 4pm to 12am: Saturday/Monday to Thursday. * Competitive hourly wage of $20.91 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) * A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard * Excellent customer service is always your top priority. * You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location. * You provide rapid response in critical situations. * You are able to be on your feet and handle the weather conducting vital foot/car patrols Interior/Exterior throughout your shift. * You're good with reading and writing detailed reports. * You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards of the client. * You protect the safety of employees, and protect goods from theft through effective screening, bag searches, wanding, and other procedures. Providing vital access control. * Your attention to detail will reward you through incentives to be discussed during the interview. Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard * You have at least a HS Diploma/GED in hand. * You keep your word and are a true professional. * If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better! * You have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record. * You have a valid PILB or can obtain one within 5 days of an offer. * You are at least 21 years of age. * You can stand, walk, sit, and handle the weather throughout your shift. * You have strong work ethic! * You are authorized to work in the U.S. In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
