All that you need is:
- Experience as an office assistant or similar role
- Valid driver's license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application
- Experience with QuickBooks and CRM's
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. At least one year of related experience is also preferred!

Your attention to detail will shine as you oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. You'll also keep our office organized and running smoothly as you maintain our records.
