Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome)

Join our team as a School-Based Physical Therapist and make a meaningful impact on students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This permanent, full-time position is open to both new graduates and seasoned professionals in pediatric physical therapy. Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year. Responsibilities Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of physical conditions in pediatric patients. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Providing education and support to patients' families to help them understand their child's condition and treatment plan. Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Adhering to all professional standards, regulations, and best practices in physical therapy. Participating in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy. Qualifications A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and team members. The ability to work independently and make critical decisions regarding patient care. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the changing needs of patients.
