LIMS Business Analyst

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Systems Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Senior Quality Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Global Quality System team supporting critical compliance and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $40/hr w2

What's the Job?

• Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and Compliance Engineers to support quality systems and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Manage and support the Certificate of Conformance (COC) process for all imported products to the U.S., ensuring adherence to U.S. regulations.
• Assist in transitioning from paper-based COC documentation to electronic systems (eCOC), including system configuration and testing.
• Work with IT teams and external partners to automate data messaging and reporting processes via APIs and portals.
• Perform data analysis and business process evaluations to improve quality system workflows and compliance monitoring.

What's Needed?

• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering or compliance systems within a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with document management systems such as Veeva Vault or similar platforms.
• Experience with project management tools like SAFe Agile and JIRA.
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of business/process analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead requirements discussions with stakeholders.
