Data Entry Specialist

Resolut is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to improve the accuracy, completeness, and usability of our CRM data. This role is based in our Murray, Utah office and plays a keypartin helping Resolut scale growth, marketing, and business development efforts through clean, reliable data. You’llspend most of your time inSalesforce, entering and updating records, correcting errors, and standardizing data across accounts, contacts, projects, and opportunities.You’llalso work directly with engineers and project teams toidentifymissing information and capture it throughold drawings, project files, and structured interviews. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with technical professionals to document work accurately. Requirements Experience 1+ years of experience in data entry, admin support, CRM management, or similar roles Strong communicationskills and confidence working directly with engineers and technical teams High accuracy and strong organizational habits Ability to interpret project documentation and extract key details Ability to work independently and follow defined processes Proficiencywith Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets experience a plus) Work Location: In person (potential to move to hybrid after one year).
