Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate attorney to join its Commercial Contracts, Global Franchise & Supply Chain practice group in Park City, UT. This role involves handling domestic and international franchising and distribution matters. Duties Structure franchise and supply chain programs for companies. Counsel on franchise regulatory compliance. Handle franchise, supply, and distribution dispute resolution. Draft Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and manage registration processes. Conduct research on commercial contracts. Assist in resolving relationship disputes. Requirements 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law. Experience with global supply chain contracting. Experience in a law firm or similar environment. Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Interest in growing and supporting a national practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills Excellent academic credentials. Experience with international transactions, including franchising and licensing. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package.
