Full‑Time Front‑End Days – Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Location: Mason City, IA Schedule: 12‑hour shifts Thursday‑Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Job Overview At One Vision, we introduced a 12‑hour shift model designed to support work‑life balance while giving you the chance to make a lasting impact. We are hiring Full‑Time DSPs for our Back‑End Day Schedule in Mason City homes. Responsibilities Help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medications. Encourage independence, confidence, and personal growth. Support recreational activities and community involvement. Drive individuals to outings, appointments, and events. Maintain accurate documentation through electronic systems. Help manage personal finances and grocery shopping. Qualifications No experience required – we’ll train you and pay you while you learn. Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed. Comfortable with basic technology for documentation. Must pass background checks and health screenings.
