Production Operator I – Night Shift

Join our team and help keep our production line running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality!

Pay: $19/hour
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
12-hour shifts 2, 2, 3 Schedule

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
• Feed, assemble, and package products.
• Perform quality and CCP inspections.
• Assist with machine start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Report equipment issues and product abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow GMP, FSMA, food safety, and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food, FDA-regulated, or quality-control experience is a plus.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
