$20/hour + Shift Differential (2nd Shift)

1st & 2nd Shift Available

6–8 Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)

Materion is seeking Production Associates to support critical processes in precision cleaning, coating removal, packaging, and metal recovery used in high-tech industries like semiconductor and microchip manufacturing .

This is a hands-on, entry-level friendly opportunity to gain experience in a growing, high-tech manufacturing environment.

• Clean, sandblast, strip, and package metal components
• Load and unload materials throughout production processes
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Perform basic data entry and production tracking
• Assist with inspection, labeling, and kitting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Wear PPE and follow all facility guidelines

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable in an industrial environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical work throughout shifts

Work in a safety-focused manufacturing facility specializing in precision cleaning and metal processing. This is a metal-free environment where PPE is required at all times to ensure employee safety.

This is a Contract position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
