Practice & Cases

• Outpatient community-based primary care
• Preventive care, chronic disease management, and routine outpatient procedures
• Care for patients of all ages, with a predominantly geriatric population
• Supported by physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health, and clinical staff

Schedule

• Three days per week with flexible scheduling
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekday-only coverage
• Part-time assignment

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active North Carolina medical license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• BLS and DEA required
