As our FP&A Manager, you'll own the financial planning engine: budgets, forecasts, models, and the stories that tie them together. You'll be a go-to partner for senior leadership, translating complex financials into clear, actionable insight and helping us make smarter bets as we scale.Your ImpactLead the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts, coordinating inputs across every function in the businessBuild and own monthly management reporting packages — variance analysis, clear narratives, drivers vs. planDevelop dynamic financial models for long-range planning, scenario analysis, and business case evaluationsPartner directly with business leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven decisionsTrack KPIs and operating metrics, surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership before they become problemsOwn and continuously improve our financial planning infrastructure — tools, templates, and processesSupport board and investor reporting, including prep materials and ad hoc analysisCollaborate with Accounting on the close process so actuals flow cleanly into reporting and forecast modelsThe Ideal Match5+ years in FP&A or a related finance role (investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance all count)You can build a three-statement model and a complex operating model from scratch — no templates neededAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools like Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, or similarYou know how to turn a mountain of data into an exec-ready output without losing the storyComfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and you adapt quicklyStrong communicator — you can walk a non-finance audience through a complicated financial picture and make it landBonus PointsBackground at a high-growth startup or financial services companyHands-on experience with Datarails for financial planning and reportingFamiliarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERPCPA, CFA, or MBA are appreciated but not a requirementWhy Join Us Competitive comp package that rewards impactWork alongside some of the brightest minds in fintechGround-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling startupChart your own growth path as we expandFull health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA optionsUnlimited PTOReady to disrupt wealth management?
