Your Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, order necessary diagnostic tests, and create personalized care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in collaboration with fellow physicians or autonomously as permitted
• Provide education to patients and families regarding wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management
• Prescribe medications and therapies aligned with your training and experience
• Engage in patient follow-up and manage chronic health concerns

• Ensure accurate and meticulous documentation within electronic health records (EHR)

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Georgia
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
