Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment
• Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
• Experience maintaining records, databases, and documentation
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Dependable with excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the workday

Job Duties

• Coordinate maintenance work orders through the Fiix It work order system
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and facility assets
• Record meeting minutes and maintain departmental records
• Track contracts, leases, and service agreement expiration dates
• Maintain databases and complete data entry accurately
• Support campus emergency preparedness and safety initiatives
• Assist with janitorial and maintenance requests
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments
• Maintain organized documentation and departmental files
• Perform additional facilities and administrative duties as assigned
