Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise clients. Hire, develop, and lead a team of consultants. Own P&L performance and revenue growth. Requirements 5-10 years in agency staffing (A&F, Admin, FS, etc.). Proven billing success and client growth. Ability to build and scale a market from scratch.
