Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Support

About the Role
Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Support professional to assist our client’s finance team. This role focuses on supporting AR operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes
- Record and post customer payments accurately
- Support account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer account records
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
- Assist with reporting and month-end closing activities
- Support the AR team with administrative and data entry tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
