Our staffing team is growing and looking to fill positions in the East Valley, Mesa, and Gilbert area! This role offers the opportunity to work in a people-focused environment where you can make a real impact, helping job seekers find employment.
We provide full training, a supportive team environment, excellent benefits, and opportunities to grow within the company!
- Manage pre-employment screening, including background checks, I-9 verification, E-verify , and contract signatures to ensure legal compliance.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding journey, answering questions.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Make phone calls to schedule interviews and bring new applicants in.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8am-5:00pm, Fridays: 8am-4:00pm
What We’re Looking For
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Basic Computer and email proficiency
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Previous knowledge of i-9 and E-verify Procedures
