Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a mid-market book of business, focusing on standard personal lines such as home, auto, and umbrella insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong brokerage background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
- Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Manage a $4 million premium book of business, focusing on personal lines accounts
- Handle renewals, cross-selling, and rounding accounts
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the back-office team for Certificates of Insurance (COI) and policy changes
- Quote new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals
- Work closely with producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a brokerage environment, specifically in personal lines insurance
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is required
- Soft Skills:
- Personable and approachable demeanor
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Timely and organized in managing tasks and deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
