About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Home Lending Servicing Financial Analysis. The successful candidate will lead a team that plays a critical role in helping the business make informed decisions to enhance profitability. This leadership position involves partnering across the business to provide clear performance insights, strengthen planning, and ensure disciplined execution in the areas of expense and headcount. The role also includes leading annual and ongoing planning, driving headcount capacity planning, and proactively analyzing financial performance to offer actionable insights. The VP will be responsible for developing financial business cases, overseeing month-end financial reviews, and managing stakeholder relationships at various levels. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' of experience in financial services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lead a global team and build strong relationships across different functions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of improving reporting processes, data quality, and decision-making usefulness. Experience in capacity planning, productivity measurement, and process improvement is also preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable insights and is adept at managing and developing a team.
