HR Generalist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both employees and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day human resources operations and employee inquiriesCoordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processesAssist with benefits administration and HRIS data maintenanceSupport employee relations, policy communication, and compliance activitiesMaintain personnel records and ensure documentation accuracyAssist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationHelp manage performance tracking, reporting, and other HR projectsPartner with leadership and employees to support HR initiatives and workplace needs
