Customer Account Specialist

We are recruiting for a Customer Account Specialist to support manufacturing customers, sales representatives, and internal operations teams. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service skills with attention to detail and the ability to understand technical product information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer quotes, sales orders, returns, and replacement shipments through the ERP system
• Partner with sales representatives to provide accurate and timely pricing
• Review purchase orders, specifications, packaging requirements, pricing, and customer drawings
• Coordinate customer quality and engineering questions with internal technical teams
• Help customers forecast product needs based on historical usage and production schedules
• Work with procurement to coordinate purchases of metals and alloys
• Monitor precious-metal quantities associated with customer contracts
• Resolve order discrepancies while keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments

Qualifications:

• Customer service, sales support, or account management experience
• Background supporting manufacturing customers is preferred
• Comfortable reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and product information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience entering quotes and orders into an ERP system
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is helpful
• Aerospace or medical manufacturing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
