Dental Assistant (PT)

Bartlett Dental Care is looking for a skilled, compassionate Part-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our dentist and team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will also assist with light administrative tasks as needed. Because we are a small, collaborative office, everyone is cross-trained and supports each other across departments. Schedule Monday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Tuesday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Friday/Saturday 8:AM - 1:00 PM (1 PER MONTH) Compensation $18-$22 per hour (Commensurate with Experience) Bright Direction Dental is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well-being of our employees. Requirements Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required High school graduate or equivalent Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR certification Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Excited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of!
