JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a PLM Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of business-critical systems and processes. This role will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define requirements, support issue resolution, document workflows, assist with testing, and help ensure solutions align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with hands-on experience in PLM configuration, business process analysis, and functional documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain PLM system functionality to support business processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, organize, and document business and system requirements for new requests, enhancements, and process improvements.
Help define the business problem, clarify objectives, identify key requirements, and support scoping for incoming work.
Serve as a point of coordination between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and shared understanding.
Support day-to-day issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across business platforms and third-party systems.
Assist with testing activities, including test case preparation, validation of new functionality, and bug tracking.
Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, business requirements, SOPs, release notes and user guides.
Support cross-functional meetings by capturing action items, following up on open questions, and helping keep work organized and moving forward.
Help ensure changes stay within agreed scope and that new out-of-scope requests are properly documented and routed through the intake process.

Required Qualifications
Strong experience as a Business Analyst supporting PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
Hands-on experience with functional PLM configuration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear documentation.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems and identify practical solutions.
Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience with requirements documentation, testing, data analysis, or process mapping is a plus.
Exposure to PLM, ERP, retail, supply chain, merchandising, or apparel industry systems is a plus.
