On-Site Maintenance Leader - Assistant Manager

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager for an on-site role in Dallas, TX. You will carry out duties to maintain and enhance the community and cover Maintenance Manager responsibilities in their absence. You will coordinate emergency on-call tasks, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, document activities, and collaborate with residents, team members, and contractors to ensure safety and quality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Roscoe Property Management
