Job Summary: The Estimating Coordinator is responsible for assisting in project coordination, recording insurance information of responsible parties, and assisting with subcontractor and supplier relations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Securing subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Prepare and submit estimates with subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Outreach to insurance companies of responsible parties to obtain insurance information for claim identification.
• Record responsible parties' insurance information with high accuracy and detail regarding accident recovery projects.
• Assist with project coordination.
• Estimating and generating itemizations for insurers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Previous experience working with insurance companies, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
• Strong adaptability skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
