Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the entire new homebuilding process from initial client meeting through all the phases of construction to nal walkthrough with the new homebuyer.
• Ensure compliance to production schedules via supervision, daily contact, and communication, keeping all construction phases in proper and timely sequence
• Enforce safety standards as governed by Federal OSHA and other local authorities and provide training to ensure safe working conditions for employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers
• Participate in a structured training program where you will gain experience alongside a current Project Manager to learn the knowledge and skills needed
• Communicate regularly with homeowners from pre-construction through closing of homes

Position Requirements

• Construction management software experience and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to read and analyze construction documents and knowledge of building codes and methods
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple homes under construction simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Track record of exemplary customer service and desire to serve others
• Valid driver's license
