Responsibilities include:Lead and support Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services operations.Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and personalized service.Supervise, schedule, train, and support a team of approximately 10–15 employees.Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism, care, and sincerity.Maintain appropriate staffing levels and effectively manage workflow.Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.Oversee group room blocks, VIP billing, special requests, and corporate accounts.Partner with Sales and Reservations to ensure accurate room rates and guest information.Assist with pre-registration, reservation blocking, and other front-office functions.Ensure accounting, credit, and cash-handling policies and procedures are followed.Monitor equipment and supply inventory.Help train team members and support staff development.Assist with revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting.Ensure accurate end-of-shift balancing and completion of required checklists.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and the overall guest experience.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading others.
