Victory Marketing & Development LLC is expanding its team of licensed insurance agents across the United States. This is a fully remote, production-focused opportunity for agents who want to sell, serve clients, and grow their business without being required to recruit.

What You Will Do

\n

\n
• Contact and follow up with prospective clients
\n
• Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or video
\n
• Present appropriate coverage options from multiple carriers
\n
• Complete applications and guide clients through underwriting
\n
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline records
\n
• Submit business in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
\n
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and case support
\n

\n

Who We Are Looking For

\n

\n
• Active Life and Health insurance license
\n
• Current or recent insurance production experience
\n
• Experience in life, final expense, mortgage protection, health, Medicare, property and casualty, or a related insurance field
\n
• Strong consultative phone-sales skills
\n
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
\n
• Comfortable managing an independent schedule and pipeline
\n
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, 1099 environment
\n
