ROLE OVERVIEW: FLOATER – LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE SUPPORT As a Floater , you will support the Receiving Coordinator and logistics team, ensuring efficient operations across multiple functions within the Receiving Department and the Logistics team. Your role will be dynamic and flexible, assisting with tasks from receiving and allocating products to supporting other teams in various capacities as needed. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a flexible mindset, and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities to keep the Receiving Department running smoothly. Responsibilities Receiving & Package Allocation Assist in receiving packages at the dock and verifying shipments. Allocate products to their correct locations after receiving and sorting. Ensure the accurate labeling and storage of products in assigned areas. Cross-Departmental Support Assist the Receiving Coordinator with daily logistics tasks. Provide support to various departments (inventory, shipping, quality control, etc.) as needed. Be ready to pivot between different roles or projects depending on team needs and business demands. Data Entry & Documentation Record incoming inventory in the system accurately (e.g., NetSuite, HighJump). Maintain clear and organized documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory updates. Packages Receiving Control Help track packages received and ensure are accurately accounted for in the system. Assist in regular stock counts and inventory audits as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
