Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees alike. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
