Job Responsibilities The Accounts Receivable Specialist is the point person for internal and external payment related inquires throughout our company. Entering daily deposit efficiently Credit card processing Credit card reconciliation ACH reconciliation Customer account billing and payment disputes Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment Support the Finance Team by investigating and resolving payment related inquires Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned Experience with foreign currencies is preferred but not required. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable Role Preferred Strong data entry skills Strong in Excel or other spreadsheet software Ability to Multi Task Attention to Detail Strong Analytical Skills Strong Communication Skills Strong Mathematical skills Experience working with NetSuite is a plus Desire to learn and grow within an organization As the fastest growing commerce company in the industry, we offer the opportunity for tremendous upward mobility within the company as well as development and professional growth opportunities.
