Field Account Manager Strategic Accounts - Texas

Sartorius seeks a remote Field Account Manager for strategic accounts in Texas to drive sales and revenue targets for mid-size and large accounts. The role involves territory management, customer relationship development, and CRM administration aligned with organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue targets for assigned mid-size and large accounts within territory
- Manage Salesforce CRM to document leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs to generate qualified leads
- Develop and implement account plans; coordinate cross-functional resources for account strategy
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, track sales performance, and build long-term customer partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years field sales experience in laboratory or process-based life science environments
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other CRM tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Frequent travel availability and willingness to relocate
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with independent work capability
- Microsoft Office and software proficiency
