Responsibilities

Engage with local residents and business owners in the Tolland area to identify their insurance needs.

Develop and present tailored coverage plans that provide real security for our clients.

Manage your own pipeline of prospects by building authentic connections within the region.

Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure that our clients remain adequately protected as their lives evolve.

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and help elevate our local service standards.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events to increase our footprint and build lasting trust.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.

Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or client-facing roles.

Clear understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage types.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily client interaction.

Self-motivated work ethic with a genuine interest in local community engagement.

Comfort with digital tools and agency management software.
