Position Overview


The Paralegal will provide comprehensive litigation support for attorneys handling matters involving:

• Commercial Litigation
• Insurance Litigation
• Personal Injury Litigation
• Construction Litigation
• Professional Negligence Cases

This role will be involved in legal research, document preparation, case management, trial preparation, and client communication, helping ensure cases progress efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed document review and analysis to support case preparation and litigation strategy
• Draft, prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence, and discovery materials
• Maintain and organize both physical and electronic case files
• Track court deadlines, filing requirements, and critical case milestones
• Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to ongoing matters
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and overall case management
• Interview clients and witnesses to obtain information and supporting documentation
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and attorney calendars
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient workflow and case progression
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Paralegal experience required , preferably in a litigation environment
• Demonstrated experience working under attorney supervision
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and document review processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a Paralegal Studies Program and/or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience supporting litigation matters involving commercial, insurance, personal injury, construction, or professional negligence cases
