Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent – Sacramento, CA $120K–$150K + Strong Benefits Why this role stands out: 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision fully covered options PTO + paid holidays Clear path for growth and long-term stability Team-oriented environment with strong project pipeline What you’ll be doing: Run day-to-day field operations on commercial/public works projects Own the schedule (master + short interval) and keep trades on track Lead subcontractor coordination meetings + enforce site safety Partner closely with PMs on budget, buyout, and project execution Proactively catch design issues, RFIs, and avoid delays before they happen Ensure quality, code compliance, and overall project delivery What they’re looking for: 10–15+ years of construction experience Strong background in commercial or public works (schools/DSA is a plus) Proven ability to manage schedules, subs, and jobsite operations Solid plan reading + problem-solving skills Experience with Procore and/or Microsoft Project is a plus If you’re a Superintendent who likes running clean, organized jobs and being part of a solid team — this is worth a conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
