What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities throughout the Pensacola market through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement. Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers. Identify customer challenges and provide customized technology solutions that improve productivity and efficiency. Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Grow existing customer relationships while uncovering additional opportunities for products and services. Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective and current clients. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up activities. Stay informed on local market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs. Collaborate with sales leadership and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a desire to build a successful sales career. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, professional attitude and competitive mindset. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in B2B sales, customer service, business development, or related fields is preferred. Previous outside sales experience is a plus, but not required for highly motivated candidates.
