Located in our Brandon, SD plant, you will be a Production Supervisor. Our Production Supervisor will be directing teams to achieve operational excellence. Skilled in overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols. Adept at training and motivating employees, optimizing workflows, and troubleshooting production to maximize efficiency. Work collectively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities (to name a few): Foster a culture of safety by promoting and reinforcing best practices. Provide daily guidance and training to production and assembly teams to ensure efficient operations and optimized workflows. Oversee performance, productivity, attendance, quality, and housekeeping standards while fostering a culture of accountability. Administer company policies and workplace procedures fairly and consistently. Cultivate a results-focused environment that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Drive process improvements and waste reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency. Monitor, track, and report shift performance metrics. Maintain open and effective communication with employees and management to align team ideas with company goals and exceed customer expectations.

Associate degree Related fields: Business Administration, Engineering, Management -preferred Minimum 2 years previous Supervisory or Management experience preferred Proven ability to coach, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and manage performance expectations effectively. Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive in anticipating and addressing the needs of both internal and external customers. Ability to apply creativity to develop quality solutions and drive process improvements. Fundamental project management skills to facilitate process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in general computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
