Project Analyst

We’re seeking a Project Analyst to support internal and client‑facing projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to manage project setup, timelines, budgets, scope changes, financial tracking, client communications, and submission processes. Responsibilities Develop project SOWs, budgets, timelines, and status reports. Monitor project scope, risks, resources, deadlines, and financials. Coordinate internal and client meetings, follow‑ups, and action plans. Manage client submission processes, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviews. Route deliverables through internal review, quality control, and approval workflows. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with client‑specific processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project execution. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management experience in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or consulting. Familiarity with client submission processes, MLR reviews, and pharmaceutical project timelines. PMP certification preferred.
