Support: You’ll receive a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them directly on your calendar, handling many details for events such as organizing showing appointments. Earn More Money Redfin agents earn competitive commissions on their closed deals with unlimited upside. Commissions vary by deal source, with higher splits awarded for repeat Redfin clients. Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market. Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience. Trusted advisor with in‑depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process. Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referral business. Compensation This is a commission‑based role with unlimited upside. Commissions are expected to range from $20,000 to $250,000. On average, agents make $85,000, but the potential is uncapped.
