About the Position:

The IT Field Support Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of an organization's IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for working the IT tickets queue and helping users resolve technology issues. This position also troubleshoots and resolves routine issues independently while escalating more complex problems to senior IT staff.

This is not a desk-only position. There will be ongoing work throughout airport facilities installing, relocating, repairing, and maintaining technology equipment. The position also provides administrative support for the IT department.
