In this role, you will sit at the intersection of sourcing, supplier management, systems, and data - transforming procurement activity into structured insights that drive cost efficiency, supply chain efficiency, and supplier relationships. We are looking for a motivated professional with a background in business analysis, procurement, supply chain, or consulting. This is a full-time position with flexibility to be based in San Francisco (CA), Sunnyvale (CA), or Bellevue (WA).What You'll Be Working On:Cross-Functional Partnership: Be the bridge between critical cross-functional partners to help accelerate initiatives across Site Readiness, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sustainability teamsProcess Optimization: Partner with the Engineering, Construction, and Operations team to establish and implement an end-to-end iterative playbook for DC Deployments & OperationsMarket Insights: Support with providing market and supplier insights that support sourcing strategy and mitigate supply chain riskAsset Tagging: Build up a mechanism to tag all data assets inside the data center for the DC Deployments & Operations teamStrategic Reporting: Partner with Finance to ensure accurate tracking of all spend vs budgets for data center deploymentsData Integrity & Governance: Oversee data accuracy for quotations and spend trackingAd-Hoc Agility: Support with rapid-turnaround analysis on fragmented or "dirty" datasets to support immediate business needsWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience: Approximately 1-3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a supply chain, procurement, or sourcing organizationProgram Management: Experience leading projects or initiatives for a fast-moving industry, preferably in the data center industryCommunication: Proven ability to present data-heavy findings clearly to non-technical executive stakeholdersTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, and also foundational knowledge in Python, R, or SQLProactiveness: A "self-starter" mentality - the ability to identify a problem and build the analytical framework to solve it independentlyBonus PointsExperience using AI and its application in automating workflow processesKnowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain in the data center industryExperience in program management with a strong technical backgroundBenefitsOpportunity for career growth in a high-impact organization and industryIndustry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $300 per monthCompensationCompensation will be paid in the range of $90,000 – $105,000 + Bonus.
